  Contracted with him to drill my domestic well. He did not supervise his crew. Never visited the site until called by the County to witness the lack of an adequate seal after the well failed and his other failings found during inspection and repair. He would not stand behind his work, but rather, chose to stand behind his lawyers instead. Took him to small claims and prevailed including that the seal was inadequate--3' not the 20'+ state and county required, filed false reports to the state and county, and substituted inferior materials from what he invoiced and that was made part of the contract. Do you really want to trust this business?
